Description
Fluke 719Pro Pressure Calibrator Repair
The Fluke 719Pro is an electric pressure calibrator with a built-in motorized pump that generates, finely adjusts, and measures pressure and reads the 4–20 mA loop to calibrate pressure instruments. Its accuracy depends on the pressure-generation/measurement system, the seals and fittings, and the sensor, which is where service and calibration focus.
FlukeServiceCenter.com repairs and calibrates the Fluke 719Pro for instrument-calibration technicians, process engineers, and pharmaceutical production teams.
Common Fluke 719Pro problems we fix
- Pump rebuild — a worn pump no longer building or holding pressure, rebuilt.
- Pressure-sensor recalibration — the pressure measurement out of spec, recalibrated against standards.
- Pneumatic-seal replacement — leaks preventing stable pressure, resealed.
- Display or interface faults — repaired.
- Battery or connection faults.
FAQs
My 719Pro reads or holds pressure wrong — fixable? Yes. Sensor, seal, and pump faults are repairable, then it’s recalibrated so pressure measurement (and sourcing, where fitted) is accurate, with a NIST-traceable certificate.
Is it leak-tested and verified? Yes — checked leak-free and against our pressure standards.
Every repair includes NIST-traceable calibration and a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Email us or request service.
